Key Biographies
Nick Lingenfelter
Nick is our Founder and Managing Partner and additionally oversees our US Southern and Government practices. An innovative finance and strategy executive, he has 24 years of professional and board experience spanning the Defense, Insurance, Aerospace, Consumer Electronics, and Automotive Industries.
Nick has employed his management acumen for the benefit of highly recognizable organizations including SpaceX, Rivian Automotive and the United States Navy, resulting in material positive impacts to their bottom lines. His areas of expertise include Strategy, Human Capital Management, Leadership and Organizational Behavior, Enterprise Software Implementation, and Process Improvement. Nick excels at reining in processes to achieve the delicate balance between the creative license and operational control necessary to grow businesses.
Nick is a US Navy Veteran and holds an MBA from the University of Southern California's Marshall School of Business, and a BS in Business Administration, Management (Summa Cum Laude) from San Diego State University. He currently sits on the Board of Commonwealth Holdings.
Bryce Masterson
Bryce is the Senior Partner and strategic visionary overseeing our US Midwest/Northeast practice. He brings to our firm more than a decade of leadership and consulting experience from the Defense, Automotive and Information Technology industries.
Bryce's multifaceted skills were honed through successful project executions at notable entities including Rivian, General Motors, and the US Army National Guard. His expertise ranges from Strategy, Corporate Finance, and Program Management to Enterprise Software Implementation, Machine Learning, and Algorithmic Trading.
Bryce is a US Army National Guard Veteran and is pursuing an MBA from the University of Michigan's Ross School of Business. He holds both an MS in Information Systems and a BA in Recreation Administration from Central Michigan University.
Erinn Benavides
Erinn is an accomplished administrator and our founding COO. Her 20-year career includes operations management expertise in the Healthcare, Education, Automotive OEM and Marketing industries.
Erinn's projects run a fascinating gamut. She has assisted in Neurodiversity research and nurtured inclusivity programs in California's Riverside County public schools, improved patient advocacy within the health systems of the Universities of Texas and Michigan, and optimized costs, quality and schedules at large businesses like Rivian Automotive and Publicis Collective. She brings a unique blend of skills and diverse perspectives to the business, all gained through her lived and professional experiences.
Erinn studied Business and Sociology at Palomar College and holds certifications as a Registered Yoga Teacher and a Certified Medical Assistant.
